An easy Italian chicken spaghetti recipe with great taste
Chili pepper, eggplant and tomato paste are the three ingredients that gives to this chicken pasta an Italian twist. A little time ago I saw this recipe it was a first course with chunks of chicken or turkey with eggplant. I felt good and I wanted to do it again because today I have some chicken at home, and as you know sometime we all want to change a bit.
1. Fry the onion in hot oil, when it became clear embed the sliced eggplant and chicken breast. Stir gently with a wooden spoon.
2. Lower the heat, then add red pepper, tomato paste and salt. Stir and continue cooking for 15 minutes more. Boil the spaghetti in a pot with salted water. When cooked, drain and season with the eggplant and chicken sauce.
Serve immediately on the table and enjoy warm.
